Nha Trang Visa Run FAQ

How long does the run take?

Plan on 16 hours door-to-door. We depart 03:00–05:00, climb through the Central Highlands, reach Moc Bai around 10:00, finish immigration by noon, eat in Tay Ninh, and return to Nha Trang/Cam Ranh between 19:00–21:00.

Which areas do you cover?

Nha Trang center, An Vien, Vinh Hoa, Cam Ranh Bay resorts, Tuy Hoa, Van Phong, and Cam Lam. We can also drop you in Quy Nhon or Saigon if requested.

What’s included?

Private car, bilingual driver, fuel, tolls, Moc Bai fixers, snacks, water, blankets, and WhatsApp updates. Cambodia visa fees and Vietnam E-Visa costs are extra.

Do you help at Moc Bai?

Yes. Our fixer handles Vietnam exit, Cambodia visa-on-arrival forms, pays the fees (USD cash), and escorts you back with entry/exit stamp proof.

Docs to bring?

Passport valid 6+ months, current Vietnam visa/e-Visa, exit slip, two spare 4×6 photos, and USD cash for Cambodia. Private cars can carry regular luggage.

How does the 90-day E-Visa add-on work?

Upload passport + portrait before we leave. Once Moc Bai stamps your exit we submit Standard, Fast, or Rush E-Visa tiers and send updates until approval.

When do I pay?

Private cars: pay cash (VND/USD) or transfer when you return. Visa desk accepts VND, Wise, or Revolut.

Cancellation policy?

Free cancellations up to 24 hours ahead. Same-day cancellations incur 50% because drivers and fixers are already staged.
